Nearly 4,000 Nghe An students conquer S-Race 2022
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 25, at the sunflower field, Nghia Dan district, Nghe An province, the S-Race 2022 running tournament was held on a large scale, attracting nearly 4,000 students, teachers and parents in the province to participate.
As the 5th piece of the S-Race 2022 journey, S-Race Nghe An follows S-Race Quang Nam, Ho Chi Minh City, Quang Ninh, Hanoi, hoping to convey the message of a young generation with good qualities such as courage, perseverance and a standard attitude. The event attracted 1,200 junior high school students, 1,300 high school students, 500 university students, 800 teachers and parents in the province to participate.

Like previous stages, participants of S-Race Nghe An will compete in 6 events, including a 3km race for male students and high school male students; 1.5km for female students, high school female students and middle school male and female students.

The Organizing Committee awarded individual prizes from first to tenth place based on the finishing achievements of each athlete in 6 competitions; 3 collective prizes (corresponding to 3 levels of education) for the unit with the most participating athletes. The total prize value of S-Race Nghe An is 132 million VND.
With the message "For Vietnamese stature", S-Race Nghe An also concluded the event series of S-Race 2022.
According to the organizers, S-Race 2022 attracted more than 30,000 students, teachers and parents in 63/63 provinces and cities to participate in the race in person and online. Thanks to that, the program also set the record for "The race with the most students participating in person and online in Asia" and "The race for students with the most athletes participating in person and online in 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam".
