Education sector organizes 'Tet Sum Vay - Spring Connectivity' for non-public teachers
(Baonghean.vn) - The program aims to bring a warm and happy Tet and encourage teachers and workers to stick together and contribute more to the cause of education and training development.
Afternoon of January 9,Nghe An Education Trade Unionorganized the program "Tet sum vay - Xuan ket ket" to celebrate the Lunar New Year of Quy Mao year 2023.
This is the 6th year the program “Tet Sum Vay – Xuan Ket Ket” has been implemented by the Education Trade Union for non-public sectors. This year, the program was organized for 120 teachers and workers from foreign language centers, math thinking centers and the Tuoi Tho Kindergarten system.

Activities in response to the ProgramHappy New Yearlaunched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to practically care for workers with the spirit of "all union members and workers have Tet". Thereby, it also creates a joyful, excited, and united atmosphere among cadres, teachers, and workers.
Through the activities of “Tet Sum Vay – Xuan Ket Ket” help cadres, teachers and workers to realize the role, responsibility and contributions of the Trade Union organization, trust and attach to the Trade Union organization, promote the development of union members. At the same time, create motivation, encourage cadres, teachers and workers to attach and contribute more to the cause of education and training development.

Currently, non-public units account for 25% of the units under the Education Trade Union, but the operations of these units still face many difficulties, and in many schools the living standards of staff and teachers are still very low.
Mr. Dang Van Hai - Chairman of the Education Trade Union shared the difficulties and hardships of the units, especially in the 2 years affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. Besides, he also acknowledged the efforts and results of the units and affirmed that the non-public education system has made great contributions to the overall achievements of the provincial education sector.

The implementation of the Tet Sum Vay program aims to bring a warm and happy Tet to cadres, teachers and workers. This also demonstrates the companionship of the Education and Training sector with all schools in the province, contributing to promoting innovation and shortening the gap between units in the whole sector.
In the coming time, the industry union will try to pay more attention to the lives of teachers and workers in non-public units of the Education sector. During Tet 2023 alone, the industry union mobilized nearly 1 billion VND to give gifts to 450 teachers and 350 disadvantaged students in non-public schools and mountainous districts, remote areas of the province.
Through the program, the industry union hopes that non-public units will increasingly develop, the lives of cadres and teachers will be improved, and more grassroots unions of non-public units will be established to protect the legitimate rights and interests of cadres, teachers and workers.

At the program, the Education Trade Union presented 73 gifts to workers in the units, each gift worth 500,000 VND.
Also this afternoon, the Education Trade Union held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Aplus Math Thinking Center Trade Union./.
