(Baonghean.vn) - According to a private source of Nghe An Newspaper on the morning of February 4, Nghe An Provincial Police conducted a search at the headquarters of Nghe An Motor Vehicle Inspection Center, located at 72 Phan Boi Chau Street, Vinh City.
At the time of the search, the Center's leaders were present to work and sign many related documents and records. Accordingly, the authorities drew up records, seized and sealed many computers and documents; some file rooms at the Center were also sealed to serve the investigation.
