Prime Minister appoints personnel for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of National Defense
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed decisions appointing personnel for the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of National Defense.
Specifically, in Decision No. 46/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Mr. Le Duc Luan, Director of the Department of Audit Regime and Quality Control under the State Audit, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Health.
In Decision No. 44/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Chiem Thong Nhat, Commander of the Can Tho City Military Command, Military Region 9, to hold the position of Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 9, Ministry of National Defense.

In Decision No. 45/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Colonel Ngo Nam Cuong, Commander of the Military Command of Thua Thien Hue Province, Military Region 4, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, Ministry of National Defense.
In Decision No. 47/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Rear Admiral Nguyen Dinh Hung, Commander of Region 4, Navy, to hold the position of Deputy Commander of the Navy, Ministry of National Defense.
