According to the Notice, at the regular meeting of the Provincial People's Committee in January 2023, after listening to the report and discussion opinions at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Duc Trung concluded on the socio-economic situation in January and key tasks and solutions for February 2023.
In which, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized 7 key tasks and solutions for February 2023:
1- All levels and sectors focus on urgently implementing assigned tasks, not to delay work; promptly deploy key solutions to implement the Socio-Economic Development Plan and State Budget Estimate for 2023 according to Decision No. 162/QD-UBND dated January 18, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee; closely follow the growth scenario to manage, strive to complete and achieve the highest results of the set goals, targets and plans.
2- Focus on solving and completing key tasks in February 2023.
3- Implement the State budget revenue and expenditure estimates; urge drastic implementation of solutions to accelerate the disbursement of public investment capital and implementation of National Target Programs.
4- Improve the investment and business environment; promote and attract investment; support and develop enterprises in a focused and key manner. Attract investors to implement industrial park infrastructure projects. Review slow-progressing projects to support removing obstacles and difficulties for investors inside and outside the economic zone. Inspect the operations of industrial parks and industrial clusters and guide enterprises to ensure standards and conditions according to the new situation.
5- Focus on directing cultural and social fields.
6- Promote administrative reform, strengthen State management; strictly implement administrative discipline and order.
7- Ensure national defense, security, order and social safety.
