Implementing the Decision of Military Region 4 on the transfer and appointment of cadres, Lieutenant Colonel Bui Duc Thang, Commander of the Thai Hoa Town Military Command, now holds the position of Deputy Head of the Operations Department, General Staff of Military Region 4, and Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Hai Son, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Cua Lo Town Military Command, now holds the position of Commander of the Thai Hoa Town Military Command.

At the conference, comrades handed over work according to responsibilities and tasks in all aspects of work.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia, CommanderProvincial Military Commandrecognized and commended the achievements and results of Senior Colonel Bui Duc Thang during his tenure as Commander of Thai Hoa Town. Hopefully, in his new position, he will continue to monitor and support the activities of the province's armed forces and promote his capacity and qualities, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

Congratulating Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Hai Son on his new position, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command and the Secretary of the Thai Hoa Town Party Committee requested the new Commander of the Thai Hoa Town Command to promote the achievements gained in the past time, continue to uphold the sense of responsibility, quickly grasp the work; actively study, research documents, improve qualities, capacity, methods, and working style; actively learn, especially from predecessors; build solidarity relationships, proactively coordinate with Party committees, authorities, departments, branches, unions, and localities, advise the Town Party Committee and the Town People's Committee to lead and direct the successful completion of all assigned tasks./.
