Investigation into the case of a female student in Nghe An being stripped of her shirt and beaten outside the sea dike
(Baonghean.vn) - Originating from a petty conflict on Facebook, a group of female students invited their friends to the sea dike to beat them up and strip them of their clothes.
On the morning of February 10, Mr. Ho Anh Tuan - Principal of Quynh Phuong Secondary School (Hoang Mai town) said that the 3 female students in the fighting video clip that is spreading on social networks are students of the school. "Immediately after receiving the information, we started to verify and invited the students and parents to work," Mr. Tuan said.
The school's verification results show that on Sunday (February 5), 2 female students in grade 7 and 1 female student in grade 8 of Quynh Phuong Secondary School made an appointment with a female student from Tien Thuy Secondary School (Quynh Luu District) to go to the sea dike in Quynh Nghia Commune to resolve a conflict on social networks. Here, a group of 3 female students rushed in to beat and stripped off the shirt of the female student from Tien Thuy Secondary School. The incident was recorded by a student from Tien Thuy Secondary School and posted on Facebook.

The images in the clip show a group of female students beating and slapping another female student. In the clip, the beaten female student is sitting on the street, shirtless, and is kicked by two other female students on the body, head, face, and hair. Although the victim cried and begged, she was still continuously hit by strong kicks and slaps, causing her to fall to the street. Nearby, several other female students stood, sat, watched, and laughed. Even when she knew that a friend was filming the clip, one of the female students who beat her even posed for the camera.
According to teacher Ho Anh Tuan, after being invited to report by the school, the students admitted to beating their friend. The cause stemmed from a small conflict on social media. The parents of the three students also went to the victim’s house to apologize. The victims only suffered minor injuries.
"Currently, the psychology of these three students is not stable. We are worried that they will drop out of school or have uncontrollable foolish actions. Therefore, the school is focusing on encouraging them," said Mr. Tuan, adding that these students all have difficult circumstances. Among them, there is a female student who was born without knowing who her father was, and her mother later disappeared, living with her grandmother who is nearly 80 years old. Due to her difficult circumstances, this student has repeatedly considered dropping out of school.
The case is still being investigated and clarified by Quynh Nghia Commune Police.
