Around the night of February 13th and the day of February 14th, this cold front will affect the Northern region, and then the North and Central Central regions. Northeast winds inland will gradually strengthen to level 3; coastal areas will experience winds of level 3-4, with gusts up to level 6 in some places.

At sea:From early morning on February 14th, in the Gulf of Tonkin, the northeast wind will gradually strengthen to level 6, gusting to levels 7-8, with waves 2.0-3.5m high and rough seas; in the northern South China Sea (including the waters around the Hoang Sa archipelago), the northeast wind will be strong at levels 6-7, gusting to levels 8-9, with waves 4.0-6.0m high and very rough seas. From February 15th, in the sea area from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, the central South China Sea, and the western part of the southern South China Sea (including the western waters of the Truong Sa archipelago), the northeast wind will gradually strengthen to level 6, sometimes reaching level 7, gusting to levels 8-9, with waves 3.0-5.0m high and very rough seas.
Warning of potential accompanying natural disasters.During the night of February 13th and the day of February 14th, scattered rain and showers, with thunderstorms in some areas, are expected in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An. From February 14th to 17th, the area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai will experience rain and showers, with localized moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind.
