The 2023 National U17 Championship qualifiers have the participation of 30 teams across the country, divided into 6 groups in 6 regions. The groups will compete in a round-robin format, scoring points. The 6 first-placed teams and the 5 second-placed teams will qualify for the final round with the host team. If the host team hosting the final round is in the group of 6 group winners and 5 second-placed teams, the remaining second-placed team will qualify for the final round. In the final round, 12 teams will be divided into 3 groups, competing in a round-robin format, scoring points, and ranking. The 3 first-placed teams, 3 second-placed teams, and 2 third-placed teams with the best results will advance to the quarter-finals.
