The Ministry of Public Security launched a writing contest with the theme 'Ensuring security and order at the grassroots level'
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of February 15, the Central Public Security Party Committee and the Ministry of Public Security coordinated with Nhan Dan Newspaper to organize an online launching ceremony for a writing contest with the theme "Ensuring security and order at the grassroots level", and at the same time launched the new interface of the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal.
Co-chairing the launching ceremony were Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Public Security, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Comrade Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Party Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association.
Also attending were representatives of leaders of ministries, departments, and branches; representatives of police leaders of units and localities attending in person and online at the bridge points.

Rules of the writing contest with the theme "Ensuring security and order at the grassroots level": Electronic journalism works; articles posted on the Electronic Information Portal, Electronic Information Page of state agencies, including: Reflections, notes, interviews, reports, journalistic notes, editorials, political commentary, photo reports.
Contestants are journalists, reporters, collaborators, officials, party members and people at home and abroad. Contest launch time: February 2023. Accepting works from after the contest launch until February 29, 2024 (according to the postmark). Reviewing and selecting winning works and announcing and awarding the Contest prizes: March 2024.
Entries must clearly state the author's biography including: Full name, pen name, position, work unit or place of residence, phone number, email address (if any).
