When put into operation, the Viet A Steel Structure and Electric Cable Manufacturing Factory Complex is expected to create stable jobs for about 850 local workers and contribute to the State budget.

The investment project is consistent with the goals and targets of industrial development and construction of Thai Hoa town in the period of 2020 - 2025 in the Resolution of the 3rd Congress of Thai Hoa Town Party Committee.

It is known that this is the largest investment attraction project ever in Thai Hoa town; creating a very important driving force and lever in the socio-economic development of the locality.

On July 2, 2021, the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee issued Resolution No. 02-NQ/TU "On building and developing Thai Hoa town into a central urban area of the Northwest region of Nghe An", which determined the goal of striving to build Thai Hoa into a type III urban area before 2025, and a city directly under the province before 2030.

2022 witnessed a strong breakthrough in attracting investment to Thai Hoa town with 7 investment projects, with a total amount of 1,828 billion VND; of which 6/7 projects have been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for investment policy (1 project is only waiting for a Construction Permit; 4 projects are implementing site clearance compensation and 1 project is preparing a 1/500 scale construction planning dossier).

To achieve the above results, Thai Hoa Town has effectively directed the innovation of working methods in the content of giving opinions on investment policies for projects in the town to ensure quickness and strictness according to the provisions of law; limit the addition of documents, save time and effort for investors; shorten the time to request investment policies to an average of 1.5 months, some projects only need 1 month to have a decision to approve the investment policy.

The town also directly supports investors in preparing investment policy documents and legal procedures according to regulations; accompanies investors to closely follow work progress, and participates with investors in explaining relevant contents and documents when requested by provincial departments, branches and the Provincial People's Committee.
