Many private kindergartens in Vinh city were fined.

Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision to administratively sanction Hoa My Private Kindergarten (address 69 Duy Tan Street, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City).

Accordingly, after inspection, the Fire Prevention, Fire Fighting and Rescue Police Department (Nghe An Provincial Police) discovered that Hoa My Private Kindergarten had put the project into operation without a certificate or document approving the fire prevention and fighting design. For this violation, Hoa My Private Kindergarten was fined 90 million VND. In addition, the school was also forced to conduct fire prevention and fighting review and acceptance.

Also during this period, the People's Committee of Nghe An province also issued a decision to impose an administrative fine of 90 million VND on Ngoc Lan Joint Stock Company. This company was fined for putting the Tuoi Ngoc Kindergarten into operation without a certificate or document approving the fire prevention and fighting design. This kindergarten is located at No. 1, Lane 15, Doc Thiet Street, Vinh City.

Previously, on November 23, 2022, the People's Committee of Nghe An province also imposed an administrative fine of VND 90 million on Tan Dai Minh Trading and Service Company Limited. This is the company that owns Viet Sing Garden Hills Kindergarten - Nghe An, located at 3A Nguyen Trai Street, Quan Bau Ward, Vinh City. This private kindergarten committed a similar violation of putting the project into operation without a certificate or document approving the fire prevention and fighting design.
