Typically, on the evening of February 25, 2023, the working group of the Traffic Police - Order Team of Vinh City Police discovered a number of young men riding motorbikes without license plates, not wearing helmets, speeding, recklessly overtaking, and weaving on Tran Phu, Le Duan, An Duong Vuong, Truong Thi streets... Immediately, Vinh City Police deployed forces to prevent and ensure the safety of traffic participants, arresting 3 subjects.

Also on February 25-27, 2023, Vinh City Police handled 28 cases of youth, teenagers, and students driving motorbikes without helmets, without license plates, without rearview mirrors, weaving, and swerving; temporarily detained 90 motorbikes of various types.
During the investigation, the police did not discover any cases of petrol bombs as reported on social networks recently.
