Nghe An mountainous district publicly announces 'hotline' to receive information on granting Land Use Right Certificates
(Baonghean.vn) - The leaders of Quy Chau district have just issued a notice on publicizing hotline numbers to receive feedback on the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates in the district.
Vice Chairman of Quy Chau District People's Committee Le Hai Ly has just signed Notice No. 12/TB-UBND on publicizing the hotline to receive information, feedback, difficulties and problems of citizens related to the issuance of first-time Land Use Right Certificates in Quy Chau District.
Specifically, the Notice clearly states: The public disclosure of phone numbers aims to capture timely information, contributing to ensuring that State management of land in general, including the work of granting first-time land use right certificates to people in Quy Chau district, is increasingly strengthened and highly effective, while creating favorable conditions for citizens to exercise their right to reflect and make recommendations on difficulties and problems in State management activities under the authority of the District People's Committee.

The direct phone numbers that will receive information include the leaders of the District People's Committee, the Office of Land Use Rights Registration, and the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. People can call to report and contact the published phone numbers during office hours all days of the week, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as prescribed by the State.
