Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee announced the Decision to establish a Party Cell in a foreign-invested enterprise.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of February 28, the Party Committee of the Business Bloc of Nghe An province held a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Party Cell of VSIP Nghe An Company Limited. This is the 5th grassroots party organization of the type of foreign-invested enterprise in the Party Committee of the Bloc.
Attending the announcement ceremony were comrades: Phan Thi Hoan - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Business Bloc Party Committee; Le Tien Tri - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board; Vuong An Nguyen - Chairman of the Southeast Economic Zone Trade Union.

VSIP Nghe An Company Limited was established on September 16, 2015, licensed to invest in developing technical service infrastructure in the industrial park in Hung Nguyen district and part of Hung Chinh commune, Vinh city on a total area of 750 hectares. As of March 2023, there are 38 investors leasing land with an area of more than 230 hectares (reaching an occupancy rate of 88% of the Industrial Park); 34 projects have been licensed for investment (23 projects have come into operation; 4 projects are under construction, the remaining projects are completing procedures), with a total registered investment capital of more than 17,000 billion VND (equivalent to 750 million USD), including 19 foreign investors (FDI), with a total registered capital of more than 680 million USD (~15,650 billion VND); creating jobs for more than 13,600 local workers... The Government has approved the investment policy to develop VSIP Nghe An 2 with 500 hectares in Dien Chau district. The company currently has 290 employees, including 28 party members.
Pursuant to the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Party's regulations, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc issued a Decision to establish the Party Cell of VSIP Nghe An Company Limited and appointed the Executive Committee, Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell.

Speaking at the Ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the Party Cell, comrade Phan Thi Hoan - Secretary of the Party Committee of Nghe An Province's Enterprises and comrade Le Tien Tri - Head of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board acknowledged the role of the business community in the socio-economic development of the province, including the positive contribution of VSIP Nghe An.
The establishment of the VSIP Nghe An Company Limited Party Cell is an important political task, ensuring the effective implementation of Conclusion No. 189-KL/TU of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.“On continuing to implement the Project on developing party organizations and party members in private enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises”and Resolution No. 02-NQ/DUK of the Party Executive Committee of Nghe An Provincial Business Bloc on“Developing and improving the quality of grassroots party organizations and party members in enterprises in the period 2021-2026 and the following years”;Coordination regulations of the Southeast Economic Zone Management Board...

The comrades also requested that the Party Cell promote the role of the Party organization in the enterprise; clearly define the functions, tasks, and working relationships of the Party Cell according to Regulation No. 171-QD/TW dated March 7, 2013 of the Secretariat.“On the functions and tasks of the Party Committee and grassroots Party cells in foreign-invested enterprises”; xDevelop and implement well the Working Regulations of the Party Committee, the Coordination Regulations between the Party Committee and the Board of Directors; research and develop the content and methods of operation suitable to the conditions, characteristics and situation of the enterprise.
At the same time, propose to business leaders to soon establish a Youth Union organization to promote the role of mass organizations in building and developing businesses and party organizations.
