The Trade Union of the Organizing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee successfully organized the Congress for the 2023 - 2028 term.

On the morning of March 1, the Trade Union of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board held the Congress for the 2023 - 2028 term. On behalf of the superior Trade Union, comrade Dao Thanh Mai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Civil Servants' Trade Union, attended and directed the congress.

The Provincial Party Committee's Organizational Board's Trade Union has 34 members. During the past term, the activities of the trade union have gradually developed, and the lives of cadres and union members have been increasingly improved. The employment situation and life of cadres, civil servants and employees are stable. The agency always pays attention to ensuring policies and regimes for employees. The average current salary of union members is over 12 million VND/person/month.

During the term, 100% of union members studied the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's legal policies, and the resolutions and programs of the Trade Unions at all levels. Every year, 100% of union members participated in studying and registering for the content of the topics "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle". The Union has effectively coordinated with the professional sector to perform well the role of protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers, caring for the spiritual life of union officials and members, regularly organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities, creating cultural and entertainment playgrounds for union officials and members.

Humanitarian and charitable activities have always received timely attention. During the term, there were many meaningful activities such as: The agency's Trade Union organized donations, called for support and donated 2 gratitude houses in Xa Luong commune, Tuong Duong district with a value of more than 120 million VND; called on the entire Party Building Organization of the province to donate to support the family of comrade Lam Thi Nhom, an expert of the Organizing Committee of Ky Son District Party Committee whose house was swept away by flood, the total amount of donations was more than 200 million VND.

On the occasion of the 73rd Anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee coordinated with the Central Organizing Committee to survey, make a list and present 400 gifts to the relatives of martyrs and war invalids in difficult circumstances throughout the province. The Organizing Committee's Trade Union also directly went to burn incense and support the relatives of martyrs' families from Nghe An who died while performing rescue and relief tasks; coordinated with the Central Organizing Committee's Trade Union to present gifts to flood victims in Co Phat village, Mon Son commune, Con Cuong district, totaling over 300 million VND...

Annually, carry out well the activities of gratitude, repayment, and assistance to Chau Nga commune, Quy Chau district and hamlet 2 (now Binh Thuan hamlet); Nghi Thuan commune, Nghi Loc district; Thuong Son commune, Do Luong district, where the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee evacuated during the war.

Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Dao Thanh Mai, Vice Chairman of the Nghe An Provincial Civil Servants' Union, acknowledged and commended the contributions and achievements that the Provincial Party Committee's Organizational Board's Union had made in the past term. At the same time, he requested the Provincial Party Committee's Organizational Board's Union to continue to innovate and create, regularly care for the material and spiritual life, protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members, develop the green - clean - beautiful movement, and strive to excellently complete the task of building a model, strong and comprehensive Union.
