At around 7:00 a.m. on March 3, Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Anh (born in 1995), residing in block 12, Truong Thi ward, Vinh city, on her way to work from Vinh city along National Highway 46A to Hung Dao commune, when she reached block 7, Hung Nguyen town, was robbed by a young man of an IPhone XS max phone, worth about 10 million VND.
