Nghe An: Highlights of March 12th
(Baonghean.vn) - Alternate members of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam worked with the 4th Military Region Command and the Standing Committee of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee; Border villages in the highlands of Nghe An contributed sand, gravel, and labor to build concrete roads... These were some of the main contents of the March 12th meeting.
