Previously, in the past 2 days on class groups, many parents shared a number of messages with warning content.

Specifically, a parent whose child is studying at Ben Thuy Primary School wrote on social media: "My daughter went home from extra classes, because the teacher's house was a short distance away, I let her go by herself. When she was leaving, two strange men drove a car with a covered license plate, coaxed her, gave her candy and said let me take her across the street...".

According to the post, when seeing a stranger, this student reacted, saying that he could go home by himself. However,The strange man still pulled his friend's hand along.After the student screamed, the two men ran away.

Similarly, at Hong Son Elementary School, a parent wrote that a stranger gave her a lollipop and coaxed her to “cross the street so dad can pick her up.” In another case, she was given a soft drink. When discovered, she ran away.

Through discussion, teacher Nguyen Thi Phuong Lien - Principal of Hong Son Primary School admitted the above incident. The two students who were given candy and soft drinks by the stranger were both students in class 3D and the incidenttook place on two different days. Regarding the above incident, on the morning of March 21, the Department of Education and Training sent a written report to the Department of Education and Training about the information about the situation of insecurity and safety at schools in Vinh city.
