*On the morning of March 22, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chairedDialogue Conference with Vietnamese Youthwith the theme: "Building high-quality young human resources to meet the 4.0 era". The conference was held directly at the Government Office headquarters, connecting online to 64 points nationwide. At the Nghe An point, comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired the dialogue conference. Attending the dialogue conference were leaders of departments, branches, sectors, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union and union members.

The accident occurred at around 4:30 a.m. on March 22, on the North-South railway, through Dien Truong commune, between the NA1 train running on the Hanoi-Nghe An route and a pedestrian.
