(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of March 30, during the working program in Hung Yen, leaders of Nghe An province and Hung Yen province came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh, General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, and Ms. Hoang Thi Loan.

Attending the ceremony on the side of Nghe An province were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; NguyenDuc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Hoang Nghia Hieu - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of a number of departments, branches and Nam Dan district.On the side of Hung Yen province, there were comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Quoc Van - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Leaders of Nghe An and Hung Yen provinces and the delegation offered incense to commemorate Hoang Thi Loan at the temple of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan in Van Noi village, Hong Tien commune, Khoai Chau district. This is the birthplace of the famous Hoang family with 18 generations of Dukes.

According to the Hoang family genealogy, the 6th generation was Thai Pho Hong Quoc Cong Hoang The Kieu (1540 - 1587), a military officer of the Le dynasty, was appointed General and assigned to guard Nghe An.

He was also the first person to lay the foundation for the Hoang family to establish a career in Nghe An. Generation after generation, Mr. Hoang Xuan Duong was a benevolent, wise and famous Confucian scholar in the region, the father of Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan in Hoang Tru village (Kim Lien, Nam Dan, Nghe An), the mother of President Ho Chi Minh.

The Hoang Thi Loan Temple was built by Hung Yen province in Van Noi village, Hong Tien commune, Khoai Chau district, completed in 2005; it is a place of worship, preserving many documents and artifacts recording the great contributions of Hoang Thi Loan and the influence of her and the Hoang family on the later career of President Ho Chi Minh. Documents and artifacts are by theme: Van Noi homeland and the Hoang family, Uncle Ho with the people of Hung Yen.

At the Hoang Thi Loan Shrine, delegates respectfully offered incense and flowers to express their infinite gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh's mother; vowing to forever study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style; and determined to build Nghe An homeland to become increasingly rich, beautiful and civilized.

Next, the provincial leaders and the delegation offered flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at his memorial house in Hung Yen city.

This place was originally the office of the Hung Yen Provincial Administrative Committee, built in 1956. On January 5, 1958, during his visit to Hung Yen, Uncle Ho took a lunch break at this house.

In 1973, the Provincial Party Committee and People's Committee of Hai Hung Province (now Hung Yen and Hai Duong provinces) decided to convert this house into a memorial house for President Ho Chi Minh.

This is a place to commemorate, display and introduce documents and artifacts about President Ho Chi Minh during his visits to the Party Committee and People of Hung Yen.

Leaders of Nghe An and Hung Yen provinces and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense to commemorate and express their gratitude and deep respect for President Ho Chi Minh.

Next, leaders of Nghe An and Hung Yen provinces, along with the delegation, came to offer flowers at the statue of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh on the Square named after him in Hung Yen city, Hung Yen province.

General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh was born on July 1, 1915, in Giai Pham commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province, into a patriotic family.

He was enlightened about the revolution early on and participated in student movements since the age of 14. During nearly 70 years of revolutionary activities, holding many different leadership positions assigned by the Party and the State, Comrade Nguyen Van Linh always devoted all his intelligence and strength to contributing to the Party and the People.

Offering flowers at the statue of General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, the delegation of Nghe An and Hung Yen provinces expressed their respect and deep gratitude to General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh, a staunch and indomitable communist; a steadfast and creative leader; an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh; an excellent son of Hung Yen homeland; and the person who, together with our Party, initiated and led the cause of national renewal.
