“President Joe Biden and a number of European leaders have spoken openly about the consequences that would befall China if such supplies were provided,” the CIA director reiterated, adding that possible efforts by the People’s Republic of China to send weapons to Russia would negate any chance for Beijing to play a mediator role in resolving the Ukraine conflict.
On March 20-22, the Chinese President paid a state visit to Russia - his first overseas trip after being re-elected to the country's highest position. A joint statement after the talks between the two leaders emphasized that Moscow and Beijing consider each other as priority partners./.
