Nghe An Police won the excellent group award at the 12th People's Police Mass Arts Festival 2023, Region IV
(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of May 14, in Vinh city, the 12th People's Public Security Mass Art Festival 2023, Region IV held its closing ceremony and awarded prizes. The Nghe An Provincial Public Security Mass Art Troupe is the unit with the "best art program" at this Festival.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were comrade Bui Dinh Long - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and representatives of leaders of a number of departments, agencies and armed forces stationed in the province.

The 12th People's Public Security Mass Art Festival - 2023, Region IV took place from May 11-14 at Nghe An Labor Culture House with the participation of over 800 officers and soldiers who are art nuclei and collaborators from 22 mass art troupes including 3 emulation clusters of units under the Ministry, 1 People's Public Security school and 18 local police participating.
Over the three days of competition, the mass art troupes performed 117 art performances including singing, dancing, music, and drama; of which, there were 37 self-composed and newly composed performances by leaders, officers, and soldiers in the People's Public Security.
The art programs are diverse in genres, rich in content, carefully staged and rich in artistic creativity, with themes praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland and country, and the glorious tradition of the People's Public Security force.
Many songs promote and disseminate the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, the movement "People's Public Security learns and practices Uncle Ho's 6 teachings", the emulation movement "For national security"...
The festival vividly portrayed the image of the intelligent, brave police officer, ready to sacrifice in the fight against crime, for the peaceful life and happiness of the people; leaving an impression and many emotions on the judges and viewers.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the Mass Arts Festival has affirmed the cultural and artistic movement of agencies and units in the People's Public Security Force and has had positive changes, meeting the needs and tastes of officers and soldiers in enjoying art. The work of developing ideas for scripts, works, directing, choreography and above all, exploiting the talents of officers and soldiers to create truly impressive artistic products.
At this Festival, the Organizing Committee has expanded the participants to attract collaborators and professional actors who have contributed to the cultural and artistic activities of the People's Public Security force, contributing to making the festival diverse in types, rich in expression, creating motivation to promote professional quality in the cultural and artistic movement at the Public Security of each unit and locality.

The Standing Office of the Organizing Committee coordinated with Nghe An Provincial Police and the People's Police Ceremonial Group to successfully organize a tour night to serve officers, soldiers and people at Ho Chi Minh Square, Vinh City with the theme "May Flowers for You" with performances by mass art troupes of Nghe An Provincial Police, Gia Lai Provincial Police, etc. The night attracted a large number of officers, soldiers and people to watch and respond, contributing to spreading the beautiful image of police officers close to the people, serving the people.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee of the 2023 People's Public Security Mass Arts Festival presented the Flag of the Ministry of Public Security Steering Committee to 1 most outstanding unit; 4 unit and local police units won A prize; 7 unit and local police units won B prize, 8 unit and local police units won C prize and 2 unit and local police units won Encouragement prize.
The Nghe An Provincial Police Mass Art Troupe is honored to have the "best art program" at this Region IV Festival.
