Dai-ichi Life Vietnam pays over 1 billion VND in insurance benefits to customers in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company of Vietnam (“Dai-ichi Life Vietnam”) has just held a ceremony to pay insurance benefits to the family of customer TVC, Ly Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province with the amount of 1 billion 38 million VND on May 19.
Customer TVC (born in 1994), participated in Dai-ichi Life Vietnam's An Tam Song Hanh product on February 17, 2022. As soon as receiving information that customer TVC had unfortunately passed away, with the service spirit of "Customer is above all", a representative of Dai-ichi Life Vietnam General Agency Office in Nghe An visited, encouraged and guided the customer's family to complete the procedures according to regulations so that the Company could quickly pay insurance benefits.

First of all, we would like to express our deepest condolences to the customer's family and hope that the family will soon overcome this pain. Expressing her gratitude for the prompt care and support from Dai-ichi Life Vietnam, Ms. DTN, mother of customer TVC, the beneficiary of the insurance benefits, emotionally shared: “My son passed away when he was not yet 30 years old, leaving his parents and younger brother with such great pain that nothing can compensate! C. is the economic pillar of the family, with the current situation, if my son did not participate in life insurance, we would certainly have to work harder when old age is near. Now, the insurance benefit payment from Dai-ichi Life Vietnam will be the motivation to help us move forward to take care of life and raise our younger brother C. to adulthood. We will try to live well and continue to fulfill the wishes that our son has not yet fulfilled.”
Previously, on May 14, 2023, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam also held a ceremony to pay insurance benefits to the family of customer NQH, An Le village, Lien Hoa commune, Dong Hung district, Thai Binh province with the amount of 2 billion 224 million VND.
Always committed to bringing customers superior benefits and practical values, in 2022, Dai-ichi Life Vietnam paid insurance benefits of over VND 3,000 billion for more than 190,000 cases, bringing the total amount of insurance benefits paid to over VND 15,000 billion for 1.4 million cases in the past 15 years. It is known that in 2022, the total amount of insurance benefits paid by the entire life insurance industry is estimated to reach VND 40,600 billion, an increase of 25.1% compared to 2021.
