In order to proactively take measures to prevent and stop fires and explosions from occurring in the province during the hot season, the Provincial People's Committee requests provincial departments, branches, sectors, and organizations, and People's Committees of districts, cities, and towns to continue to strictly implement the directives of the Provincial People's Committee on fire prevention, fighting (PCCC) and rescue (CNCH). At the same time, promote the role and responsibility of the heads and heads of agencies and units in directing and implementing fire prevention and fighting work at agencies, units, and in the fields and areas under their management. The Department of Industry and Trade regularly inspects and examines business activities, retail, storage, and use of substances and goods with flammable and explosive properties; resolutely and strictly handles cases that do not ensure technical safety conditions and industrial environment. Provincial Radio and Television Station and Nghe An Newspaper increase the time to disseminate legal knowledge and skills on fire prevention and fighting and rescue to the people; coordinate with relevant units to disseminate the use of electricity economically and effectively during peak times of the day, contributing to reducing the risk of fire and explosion caused by electrical short circuits and overloads; broadcast warnings about the risk of forest fires at all levels so that people know and take early and effective preventive measures.

The Provincial People's Committee requested the North Central Hydrometeorological Station to coordinate with relevant units to promptly inform units and localities about weather conditions, especially hot weather conditions, so that timely solutions can be proposed to prevent and minimize the risk of fires and explosions.
