Exam Support Program andRed Flamboyant Volunteer CampaignNghe An province's 2023 Party Congress is approaching with careful, thoughtful preparation and determination of all levels of the Youth Union and Association in the whole province.

To achieve the best results, meet the set goals and requirements, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the Provincial Student Association Secretariat request units to focus on implementing well 3 key contents.

Firstly, units closely follow the practical situation in the locality and unit to organize teams with appropriate numbers, arrange locations to deploy teams to meet the requirements of the proposed activities as well as choose appropriate tasks, ensure the health of union members and youth; proactively mobilize resources to support candidates, parents, volunteers, and children.

Second, to implement the 2023 working theme of "The year of digital transformation of Youth Union activities", Youth Union and Association chapters at all levels must research and apply it to specific activities in programs and campaigns; regularly maintain communication on social networks about youth volunteer activities to spread positive things to society.

Third, units need to actively and proactively advise Party committees and authorities and coordinate with all levels, sectors, organizations, individuals and businesses to mobilize all resources to care for and accompany the development of young people. Focus on effectively implementing the contents not only of the program and campaign launched today but also the remaining volunteer campaigns of the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign among youth in residential areas, youth in the armed forces, young workers and civil servants.

At the Launch Ceremony, the Program Organizing Committee awarded 10 English scholarships worth 105 million VND to disadvantaged students who strive to study well in Vinh city.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Youth Union branches in Vinh city coordinated with the Youth Union of Brigade 283 to carry out the following activities: haircuts, medical examinations and free medicine distribution for nearly 200 children at the SOS Children's Village; drawing blooming capacitors; general cleaning, removing advertising and classifieds signs.
