The U23 and Vietnam national team will train in Hanoi from June 5 to June 12. After that, coach Philippe Troussier will select the squad for the friendly match against Hong Kong (China) in Hai Phong on June 15. The remaining players will compete with the blue team of the Hanoi Police Club and Hai Phong.

The group of players not selected for the match against Hong Kong will continue to stay and practice and will have two quality tests, respectively meeting the Hanoi Police Club on June 14 at PVF Center and meeting the Hai Phong Club on June 17 at Lach Tray.
