According to the investigation, at 2:40 p.m. on May 23, the working group of the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department on duty in the area of the street in front of Bao Han Hotel, Group 5, Zone 9A, Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City discovered and caught Nguyen Thi Hang red-handed, illegally concealing 0.776 grams of ketamine for the purpose of selling for profit.
During the investigation, Nguyen Thi Hang confessed that she bought drugs from Dinh Quang Tien, born in 1994, residing in An Duong district, Hai Phong city; then put the drugs in the shell of a modern medicine pill to disguise it and then sold it to users for 2 million VND/1 gram of ketamine.
The Investigation Police Agency of Quang Ninh Province has urgently arrested Dinh Quang Tien and seized 0.916 grams of synthetic drugs. The Drug Crime Investigation Police Department is continuing to expand the case.
