NATO talks about equipment losses in Ukraine, fighting continues south of Donetsk
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has confirmed the loss of military equipment provided by the West to the Ukrainian armed forces.
“We will receive a report from Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov and the generals who attended the meeting on Western equipment losses in Kiev. I hope to get a clearer picture,” Mr. Stoltenberg said at a press conference on June 14 in Brussels, Belgium.
“When a large-scale attack begins, of course there will be losses. This also applies to NATO military equipment provided to Ukraine,” the NATO Secretary General stressed.
Meanwhile, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, Ukrainian forces have made unsuccessful offensive attempts since June 4, suffering losses in human lives and military equipment.

Fighting continues south of Donetsk
Mr. Denis Pushilin, head of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR), said that several villages in the southern part of Donetsk in the DPR are constantly experiencing fighting.
“The most difficult situation is in the Yuzhno-Donetsk direction. The enemy has approached our positions, but the situation is constantly changing. Some villages and small settlements in this direction are completely destroyed, because there is constant fighting there,” he said on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
