Chilling testimony of suspect who used electricity to kill his nephew

Mr. Tran Huu Con (59 years old, from Da Phuc, Duong Kinh, Hai Phong, currently living in Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province) was arrested by Hai Phong City Police to investigate the murder. The deceased was Mr. Con's nephew. At the police station, the suspect said that he was upset becauseland conflictsso he killed.

Taking advantage of the time when the victim was sleeping at home in the field area of ​​Phuc Hai 1, Da Phuc ward (Kien Thuy district, Hai Phong), the suspect used an electric wire from an outlet to stab the victim in the stomach until he died.

The suspect confessed to killing his nephew due to a land dispute, asserting that the victim was his brother's nephew but had taken his land.

“My land was turned into his (victim-PV) land. I was so angry that he pushed me into a situation where I had no way to live. So at night, when he was sleeping in the field, I used an electric wire to shock him in the stomach,” the subject confessed.

The suspect said he quickly left after injecting the child, not knowing that the child had died. He was in a state of panic at the time.

After his nephew died, Mr. Con tried to catch a bus to escape to the South.

Previously, at around 6:30 a.m. on June 17, Mr. TCN (32 years old) was found dead at home.

Mr. N. died on the bed, with an electric wire next to him. Suspecting that the victim was murdered by electricity, his family reported it to the police and local authorities.

During the investigation, the police identified Mr. Con as a suspect and released a search image.

The suspect was surrounded and arrested by police in Dai Thang commune, Tien Lang district. When arrested, Mr. Con appeared calm and complied with the requests of the police.
