Cau Giay District (Hanoi) and Ky Son District signed a cooperation agreement for development.
(Baonghean.vn) - At the signing ceremony of development cooperation between Cau Giay district (Hanoi city) and Ky Son district, Nghe An province, Cau Giay district committed to supporting 20 billion VND for the most remote locality of Nghe An to build a school.
Attending the signing ceremony, on the side of Ky Son district were comrades in the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. On the side of Cau Giay district were comrades in the Standing Committee of the District, Standing Committee of the People's Council, leaders of the People's Committee; representatives of some departments, offices and units of Cau Giay district.

At the meeting, the two sides discussed and agreed on 8 cooperation contents between the leaders of the two sides. Key contents include: Cooperation, exchange of experiences in Party building, building the political system. Improving the capacity and effectiveness of state management in the field of industry and trade.
Cooperate to support development and improve the quality of the following areas: education and training, fostering and improving the qualifications of teachers and management staff in the education sector; disease prevention, inspection, control and management of food hygiene and safety...; investment in cultural and sports facilities at the grassroots level.
The two sides also agreed to coordinate and mobilize resources to support the implementation of hunger eradication and poverty reduction programs, new rural construction, social security support, support for people affected by natural disasters and volunteer activities in Ky Son district; exchange experiences in local defense and military work, mass mobilization work, and resolve hot spots in security, order, ethnic and religious issues, etc.

Within the framework of the ceremony, the two sides exchanged souvenirs and based on the request of Ky Son district, Cau Giay district reported to Hanoi city to allow support for a project to build Na Ngoi Ethnic Boarding Secondary School (Na Ngoi commune, Ky Son) worth about 20 billion VND.
