Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee considers and proposes disciplinary action against a number of organizations and individuals.
(Baonghean.vn) - On June 23, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee held its 14th session. Comrade Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee chaired the session.
At this meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed and concluded the following contents:
1.Review the inspection results report when there are signs of violations against the Party Cell of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center and the Party Cell of the Department of Transport Inspectorate under the Party Committee of the Department of Transport. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: The above Party Cells violated the Party's regulations on inspection and supervision work; especially in the 2022 - 2025 term, they were lax in leadership, direction, management, education and training of Party members; allowing many cadres and Party members in the Party Cell to degrade in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, violating regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and regulations on exemplary responsibility; violating the law, being prosecuted and temporarily detained; reducing the prestige of the Party organization, causing public outrage among cadres, Party members and people, to the point of having to consider and take disciplinary action.
2.Considering disciplinary action against the Party Committee of the Nghia Dan District Government and the Party Cell of the Nam Can International Border Gate Customs Branch. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that:
- The Party Committee of the Nghia Dan District Government Agency for the 2020-2025 term violated the principle of democratic centralism; violated the Party's regulations on inspection and supervision; was not regular and lacked close attention in the management, education and training of Party members; allowed many cadres and Party members in the Party Committee to degrade in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, violated what Party members are not allowed to do and regulations on exemplary responsibility, violated the law in performing assigned duties and tasks; affected the reputation of the Party Committee, Government Agency and District People's Committee, causing negative public opinion among cadres, Party members and people.
- The Party Cell of the Nam Can International Border Gate Customs Sub-Department for the 2022-2025 term violated the Party's regulations on inspection and supervision; loosened leadership, direction, management, education and training of Party members; allowed many cadres and Party members in the Party Cell to degrade in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle, violated regulations on what Party members are not allowed to do and regulations on exemplary responsibility, violated the law in performing assigned duties and tasks, reduced the prestige of the Party Cell and the Sub-Department, causing public outrage among cadres, Party members and people.
Considering the content, nature, level, consequences and causes of the violation; based on the Party's regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee voted to discipline the Party Committee of the Nghia Dan District Government Agency for the 2020-2025 term with the form of Reprimand; to discipline the Party Cell of the Nam Can International Border Gate Customs Branch for the 2022-2025 term with the form of warning.
3.Considering and proposing disciplinary action against comrade Le Viet Phu - District Party Committee member, Head of Finance - Planning Department (former Head of Natural Resources and Environment Department), Nghia Dan District People's Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: During his tenure as Head of Natural Resources and Environment Department, comrade Le Viet Phu violated the Party Charter, violated regulations on what party members are not allowed to do and regulations on exemplary responsibility; violated legal regulations on land management, causing bad public opinion among cadres, party members and people, and damaging his own reputation. Based on the Party's regulations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee proposed that the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee consider and discipline comrade Le Viet Phu according to its authority.
