Opening Ceremony of the 2023 Excellent Lecturer Competition at the Provincial Political School
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 26th, the Nghe An Provincial Political School held the opening ceremony of the 2023 School-level Excellent Lecturer Competition.
Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Le Thi Hoai Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Principal of the Provincial Political School, and representatives from the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
In implementing the plan and tasks for the academic year, and to further promote the "good teaching, good learning" emulation movement, strengthen management, and improve the quality of training and professional development of cadres; especially in preparation for the 8th National Excellent Lecturer Competition for Provincial and City Political Schools under the Central Government – 2023, the Nghe An Provincial Political School organized the School-level Excellent Lecturer Competition in 2023.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Comrade Le Thi Hoai Chung – Principal of the Provincial Political School – affirmed: The competition for excellent lecturers is an important and practical activity for the work of political theory education; it encourages lecturers to actively update their knowledge, innovate teaching methods, and hone their skills.
The competition is an opportunity for lecturers to learn, exchange, and share experiences, thereby improving their professional skills and expertise, promoting the "good teaching, good learning" emulation movement, and contributing to creating momentum to promote the training and development of staff at the school, meeting the requirements in the new situation.
With the aim of innovating teaching methods, reforming lecturer evaluation, and creating positive changes in the training and development of cadres, the Provincial Political School has developed a plan and implemented teaching demonstrations at the departmental level to the school level, from which 6 outstanding lecturers were selected to participate in the school-level competition.
Six outstanding lecturers participating in the school-level competition will undergo a written test and a teaching demonstration over two days, June 26th and 27th. From these, representatives will be selected to participate in the 8th National Excellent Lecturer Competition for Provincial and City Political Schools under the Central Government – 2023.
