Due to the dry reservoirs, 2,000/3,000 hectares of rice in the reservoir area are currently severely drought-stricken, if there is no rain in the next few days, there is a risk of crop failure. Currently, due to prolonged heat, there are 168 reservoirs and dams with capacity below 30% of design; of which, 19 reservoirs are at dead water level, leading to a situation where many rice fields in the reservoir area are dry, concentrated in the localities: Do Luong, Nghia Dan, Anh Son, Thanh Chuong, Yen Thanh ...
