Through the group stage of the 2023 National U13 Finals, U13Lam River Nghe Anshowed superior strength when winning all matches, scoring 12 goals, not conceding any goals and ranked first in group B. Meanwhile, at the end of the group stage, Hai Duong U13 only ranked second in group D when winning 5 points with 1 win and 2 draws.
