President Putin: Some countries have staged a technological blockade against Russia

"It is important to talk about how we are building our work at the state level, how we are building international scientific and technological cooperation in the conditions of the blockade declared by the authorities and the ruling elites of some countries, most likely by the ruling elites of some countries," Putin said at the Future Technologies Forum in Moscow.
