(Baonghean.vn) - The National Assembly delegation of Nghe An province congratulated the cadres, civil servants and employees of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department of Nghe An province on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of the Civil Judgment Enforcement sector's tradition day (July 19, 1946 - July 19, 2023) and 30 years of transferring the work of Civil Judgment Enforcement.

Comrade Pham Quoc Nam - Director of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department said that over the past 77 years, the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department has always been effective in performing its assigned functions and tasks. After 30 years of transfer, the Nghe An Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department has made great strides in all aspects. The unit has gradually overcome difficulties, made many innovations in leadership, direction and operation, and made positive changes from organizational structure to enforcement results, and has continuously received the Excellent Emulation Flag from the Ministry of Justice for many years.

The Director expressed his sincere thanks to the relevant agencies in the province, especially the Provincial National Assembly Delegation for their attention and support in the enforcement of judgments, and hoped that the Provincial National Assembly Delegation would continue to pay attention and supervise the enforcement of judgments to make it better and better, contributing to ensuring stability, security, order and social safety.

On behalf of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Comrade Thai Thi An Chung spoke to acknowledge and highly appreciate the coordination in the National Assembly activities of the Civil Judgment Enforcement Department from participating in law-making to resolving voters' petitions, general supervision activities... and hoped that the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department would continue to maintain and promote its tradition. In the coming time, the two agencies need to coordinate more closely to perform their roles and functions well, especially in law-making, handling complaints and petitions... detecting existing problems, difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process to propose the issuance of appropriate mechanisms and policies; handling petitions and petitions... in a more timely and scientific manner./.
