Attending the conference were Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command.
In 2023, the Provincial Steering Committee assigned the task of organizing defense area drills to 5 districts and towns: Dien Chau, Nghia Dan, Con Cuong, Ky Son,Thai Hoa town; Nghi Loc districtflood and storm prevention and search and rescue drills
Up to now, the Military Commands of districts and towns have promoted the role of the Standing Agency, proactively coordinated with agencies and units to fully issue leadership and direction documents for local exercise tasks; organized conferences to disseminate, deploy, and coordinate the 2023 exercise tasks to ensure timeliness, quality, and effectiveness.
Up to now, 6/6 localities have proactively and promptly deployed the system of documents and plans; The scenario and exercise content of each role has been approved by the Command of Military Region 4; 5/5 units have actively practiced in the defense area, proactively accelerated the construction of items in the command post, carried out camouflage, arranged equipment and completed the combat table according to regulations; organized the development of scenarios and plans for the contents of the field exercises through the Provincial Military Command and conducted exercises according to the following steps...
Concluding the conference, Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Commander of the Provincial Military Command emphasized that defensive area drills and flood and storm prevention and search and rescue drills are especially important political tasks, therefore, units need to thoroughly grasp the Party's viewpoints and guidelines on building all-people national defense in the new situation to all officers and soldiers.
