Opening of the Sports Tournament to celebrate the traditional day of the Party Committees, Inspection Committees and Provincial Party Committee Office

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 24, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held the opening ceremony of the Sports Tournament to celebrate the traditional day of the Party Committees, Inspection Committees and Provincial Party Committee Office in 2023.

Attending the opening ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Pham Trong Hoang - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee; and representatives of the leaders of the Party Committees, the Inspection Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office.

This year's tournament has nearly 100 athletes who are officials and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Office. The athletes compete in 3 sports: Men's volleyball, women's volleyball and table tennis.

In her opening speech, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Head of the Tournament Organizing Committee highly appreciated the efforts of the teams in arranging their time to practice and participate in the tournament; asked the athletes to uphold the noble sportsmanship spirit, contribute beautiful plays, and contribute to the success of the tournament.

The sports tournament to celebrate the traditional day of the Party Committees, Inspection Committees and Provincial Party Committee Office is held annually to strengthen solidarity, exchange and traditional ties between the Party Committees, Inspection Committees and Provincial Party Committee Office, contributing to promoting the movement of physical exercise, sports and physical training of cadres, civil servants and public employees to improve health.

The tournament will take place over 2 days, July 24-25.
