(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of July 26, Nghe An Provincial Police and Vinh City Party Committee jointly organized a conference to implement resolutions and directives on building the police force and building typical model units in the city.

No complicated criminal hotspots have appeared; 124 cases and 161 subjects were discovered and arrested for drugs and 7 kg of various drugs were seized; 37 cases and 177 defendants were prosecuted for gambling, and no criminals operating in the form of gangsters have appeared.
