It is known that Mr. Duong Van Vinh is from a family with difficult circumstances, a war invalid who does not have the conditions to build a solid house to live in. The Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Traditional Liaison Committee in coordination with the Nghe An Provincial Border Guard Traditional Liaison Committee called on sponsors to support 70 million VND to support and contribute to the family's construction of a solid house.

The above project is a practical activity of the Liaison Committee of the Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard and Nghe An province on the occasion of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2023)./.
