Nghe An deploys full and timely payment of pensions, social insurance benefits, and August allowances
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 31, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Official Dispatch No. 6266/UBND-VX on the payment of pensions, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances for the payment period of August 2023.
Pursuant to Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP dated June 29, 2023 of the Government on adjusting pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances; Circular No. 06/2023/TT-BLDTBXH dated June 29, 2023 of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs on guiding the adjustment of pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances; at the request of the Provincial Social Insurance in Official Dispatch No. 1592/BHXH - KHTC dated July 28, 2023 on the payment of pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly allowances for the payment period of August 2023.
In order to pay pensions, social insurance benefits, and monthly allowances to beneficiaries in Nghe An province fully, promptly, and ensure that beneficiaries enjoy the policies prescribed in Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP as soon as possible, immediately after this Decree takes effect, the Provincial People's Committee has the following opinions:
Agree on the policy that the Provincial Social Insurance shall preside over and coordinate with the Post Office to implement the payment of pensions and allowances.insurancesocial insurance for August 2023 and pay the additional difference of July 2023 according to the new benefit level prescribed in Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP, Circular No. 06/2023/TT-BLDTBXH from August 14, 2023 as requested by the Provincial Social Insurance in the above report.
Delivery BThe provincial social insurance agency has agreed with the provincial post office on a plan to pay pensions and social insurance benefits to beneficiaries in a safe and proper manner. This includes maximizing human resources, shortening payment time, and ensuring timely and full benefits for beneficiaries.
Assign Nghe An Radio and Television Station, Nghe An Newspaper to coordinate with the Provincial Social Insurance, Provincial Post Office to inform and propagate about benefits according to the new benefit levels, contents, effective date of Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP and the time of payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for the payment period of August 2, 2023 so that people can grasp the information, create consensus and support of the people in the process of organizing and implementing the policy.
Assign the People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to direct relevant agencies and units, People's Committees of communes, wards and towns, and grassroots radio stations to inform and propagate the content and effective date of Decree 42/2023/ND-CP and the time for organizing the payment of pensions and social insurance benefits for the payment period of August 2023; coordinate with the Social Insurance agency and the Postal sector to pay pensions and social insurance benefits safely and promptly.
The Provincial People's Committee requests relevant units and People's Committees of districts, cities and towns to seriously implement the assigned tasks. In the process of implementation, if there are any difficulties or problems, promptly report to the Provincial Social Insurance for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and resolution./.
