Prosecution of a group of teenagers who carried weapons and beat people for no reason

Initially, the subjects confessed that during the fight, they prepared dangerous weapons, used motorbikes to swerve, rev their engines to make loud noises, shout, curse, and move at high speed on national and provincial highways.

On the afternoon of July 31, Ung Hoa District Police, Hanoi, announced that they had initiated criminal proceedings and detained a group of teenagers for "disturbing public order".

The subjects detained include: NHC (born 2001), NKT (born 2006), D.V.D. (born 2003), NTĐ. (born 2007), TVV (born 2006), all residing in Ung Hoa district.

The group of teenagers were detained by the police.

Before that, C.'s group had a conflict with another group of young people. At around 6:30 p.m. on July 20, NKT, D.V.D., NTĐ., TVV, and 7 other people went to C.'s boarding house in Hoa Xa commune, Ung Hoa district to eat and drink.

After finishing eating, this group discovered that the opposing group was in the area nearby, so they prepared weapons including many iron pipes, machetes, machetes, etc. to resolve the conflict.

The group drove motorbikes along the roads to find their opponents. When they reached Phuong Tu commune, Ung Hoa district, group C met NTA (born in 2006), who was driving a motorbike carrying TMQ (born in 2005).

C.'s group chased and attacked the two teenagers. When they realized they had beaten the wrong person, C.'s group left. The two injured victims were taken to the hospital for treatment by local people.

Phuong Tu Commune Police coordinated with the Criminal Police Team of Ung Hoa District Police to investigate and verify, summoning suspects.
