From today (August 12) to August 13, Thanh Hoa province will have rain, moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in some places with common rainfall from 20 - 40mm/24h, in some places over 70mm/24h;

Nghe An Province: There will be rain, showers, some places will have moderate to heavy rain and thunderstorms with forecasted rainfall of 10 - 30mm/24h, some places over 50mm/24h such as: Quy Chau, Quy Hop, Tuong Duong, Muong Xen...
