At 8:20 p.m. on August 14, the patrol and control team of Dien Chau Traffic Police Station, under the Nghe An Traffic Police Department, was on duty at Km 418 in Dien Hong commune, Dien Chau district, and inspected a passenger car with license plate 43B-054.62, driven by Ngo Tran Anh (born in 1981), with permanent residence in My Hanh ward, Ngu Hanh Son district, Da Nang.
Upon inspection, it was discovered that in the luggage compartment there was a cardboard box containing 36 packs of cigarettes, with a total of 360 packs of TEREA brand cigarettes manufactured abroad, without invoices or documents proving their origin.
