Nghe An is a province with 10 mountainous districts, including 5 highland districts and 4 poor districts according to Decision 353/QD-TTg dated March 15, 2022 of the Prime Minister. In recent years, along with the whole country, Nghe An has had many policies and guidelines for educational development, in which priority is given to developing education in mountainous and particularly disadvantaged areas of the province.

The education sector has also proactively implemented many solutions to promote education in mountainous areas in general and education in particularly disadvantaged areas in particular. The development of education in this area has seen some improvements. However, due to many different subjective and objective reasons, the educational results of the districts in the province's particularly disadvantaged areas still have many limitations and shortcomings.

The biggest obstacle is the inadequate facilities, there are still too many separate schools, the ratio of primary school teachers is only about 1.4 teachers/class, not enough to organize 2 sessions/day. For the remaining levels, the teacher structure is not reasonable, the quality of teachers does not meet the requirements, students rarely study the enhanced programs... This has also greatly affected the quality of education and is much lower than the general level of the province.

Thereby, expressing the concerns and responsibilities of educational managers, teachers with the desire to improve the quality of management work in particularly difficult areas in Nghe An province.

Regarding the recommendations and solutions that the delegates have put forward, the Education sector will continue to research and consider in order to make adjustments in direction and management in the coming time to be closer to reality and improve operational efficiency.

This is also the basis and basis for advising on policy development and implementing strategies for developing mountainous education to improve the quality of comprehensive education, gradually narrowing the regional gap...

After the workshop, the Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training also hoped that localities and schools would carefully study the issues and direct schools to give their opinions and suggestions to complete the topic. The results of the topic can be transferred to units for practical application./.
