The biggest kite festival in Vinh City was held for the first time.

Activities included flying kites, making kites, becoming artists to "paint nature in the sky," and listening to psychologists advise on unexpected situations in childcare and parenting.

This weekend, from August 18-20, a family day event for resident families and visitors will take place at Swan Lake Park, located within the Eco Central Park (the largest green park in Central Vietnam, covering nearly 200 hectares).

The Family Day event features many activities such as workshops where children and their families can overcome challenges together, talk shows where parents can share their experiences in raising and caring for their children, and also an opportunity to listen to children confide in them about things they've been struggling to talk about for a long time. Especially noteworthy is the largest kite-flying festival in Vinh City, promising to bring back childhood memories for everyone.

“Kites soaring in the sky represent the childhood of countless generations of grandparents and parents. For children, due to academic pressure or lack of play space, kites have gathered dust and stopped flying for many years… Therefore, at this family day event, we want kites to once again fly high and far, carrying away worries and anxieties, while also bringing childhood and beautiful dreams to children,” a representative of the organizing committee shared.

According to the organizers, the event provides precious moments for each family member to participate in exciting activities together. It's also an opportunity for residents to visit their homes early, witness their new homes changing day by day, and count down to the day they receive their keys, enjoying recreational activities at Swan Lake Park - the largest park in Central Vietnam.

According to the organizers, the event doesn't stop there; throughout the three days, there will be three dazzling nights of sound and light art, providing families with moments to sit together, enjoy the performances, and feel a deeper sense of family love.

Previously, during the April 30th - May 1st holiday, the founder of Ecopark officially opened Swan Lake Park within the large Eco Central Park project. Since then, the park has hosted music shows and events every weekend to welcome residents and visitors.
