Vice Chairman of the 15th National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education Dang Xuan Phuong received a decision on transfer, rotation, and appointment to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong was born in 1974, from Xuan Hong commune, Xuan Truong district (Nam Dinh province). He has a PhD in Law and a Master's degree in Political Theory.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Ky believed that in his new position, Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong would promote his qualities, capacity, knowledge, and experience, together with the Provincial Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Standing Committee, to maintain the role as the center of solidarity, gathering collective strength, and unifying the will and actions of the entire province's political system.

Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong, a candidate for the 15th National Assembly in Nghe An province, was assigned by the Nghe An Provincial Election Committee to run for election in constituency No. 2, including 6 districts and towns in the midlands and mountainous areas of the Northwest of Nghe An province, namely: Tan Ky, Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, Nghia Dan districts and Thai Hoa town.
