Pregnant woman LTO (31 years old, in Loc Ha district, Ha Tinh province) was 36 weeks and 5 days pregnant when her water broke prematurely. This was the second birth of the pregnant woman, before that she had a cesarean section. The condition of pregnant woman O could not wait long, she needed an emergency cesarean section to ensure the safety of both the mother and the fetus.
