Wanted for fraudster who appropriated property by recruiting collaborators
By recruiting collaborators to pay for orders on the Shopee e-commerce platform to receive "commissions", Luu Sinh Dien defrauded and appropriated money from many people.
The Investigation Police Agency - Hanoi City Police has issued a decisionwantedagainst Luu Sinh Dien (born in 1989; residing in Tu Mai commune, Yen Dung district, Bac Giang province) for the crime of "Fraudulent appropriation of property".

According to investigation documents, from 2020 to 2021, Luu Sinh Dien worked for a group of Chinese people, conducting fraudulent activities to appropriate property of Vietnamese people by impersonating Shopee employees to post recruitment ads for collaborators to buy goods. Victims were introduced to receive a refund of the principal and 10-15% of the profit "commission" when transferring money to pay for high-value orders. When the victims transferred money to pay for high-value orders, the subjects used the excuse that the order was defective and then appropriated that amount.
Based on the investigation documents, on January 11, 2023, the Investigation Police Agency - Hanoi City Police issued an order to prosecute the accused Luu Sinh Dien for the crime of Fraudulent appropriation of property. However, the subject fled his residence. On February 17, 2023, the Investigation Police Agency - Hanoi City Police issued a wanted notice for the accused Luu Sinh Dien.
